the liquid is just water. they dip the buns into it to make them go down faster. you have to eat the buns as well as the hot dogs in those contests. they dont get fat cuz they dont eat like that on a daily basis, only a couple of times a year.

that liquid is water and some people gain weight and some dont its your metabolism most of those eating contest people are skinny

i don`t think they eat massive quantities every day, only sporadically...plus, i`m sure they work out, too...it`s just the training they do to help prepare themselves for the competitions, they are just like other athletes...
