Media circus's center ring has a new star and its the "Flying Edwards Family". Come watch as they showcase every disease they have ever had, stare in awe as they talk about their dead child, then for the finally, they SPIN SPIN SPIN so that they don't really look like the kind of scum that uses tragedy for their own gain. Don't think this is true, look at today's polls, HE DID THIS TO GET NOTICED. We didn't need to know. He didn't have to share. He could have shown more respect to his family.

Edwards is a trial attorney--an actor if you will--who lacks serious morals and ethics and thought nothing of using is wife's cancer as a character witness. He used the death of his son when he was running for the pres nomination, then dragged someone else's daughter into politics during the vp debates. The guy is a rich, elistest prick-- nothing more--and deserves nothing but scorn for the way he USES his family and for the damage he has done to health care in the USA so he could become rich. Hose this schmuck..

FOR DONIE_?

Tony Snow is not running for a political office and he is not using the illness/death of a family member for personal gain. Why did you bring him into the discussion?.

If you really think about it, the story is really about how the media handles information they receive or observe. True both are sad stories but I suspect if press looked around a little more they would find more important events to report.

If you don't like reading the articles, don't read them at all.

I didn't read that crap about Tony Snow's cancer and I really wasn't that interested in John Edward's personal life either.

But implying that there is some media conspiracy is foolish. They are just doing their jobs and writing interesting articles.

Would you rather the media be reporting on the situation in Iraq? Because I would rather see more stories about what is going on over there myself.

Yes. Remember this is the same sap sucker who tried to pull Cheney's daughter into the VP debate in 04.

That debate was Awesome; Edwards was outclassed and outmatched.

Cheney '08!

She could have taken to her bed with the vapors too, but I'm glad she didn't.
You, on the other hand, are a walking advertisment for the compassionate conservatives I've come to know and love here.

I am absolutely disgusted with this man. His wife is going through the biggest struggle of her life, and she has two small children. She is scared sh..less, and all he can think about is his political career.

Just think of how traumatizing this is going to be for those two little children. Shame, shame, shame!

He did what? Gave his wife cancer to GET NOTICED?

I don't think so. He didn't... He could've...

Her. Her. Her. It was her decision. Her choice. He said "we" on 60 Minutes, but really it was "her".

He has better hair than Anna.

No. You are the one who shows no respect. If you don't know the man or his family personally, you have no idea.
