First of all what year is the C class you want to buy? that is a big factor. Second how small is the car you are currently driving in comparison? Drive a size of car you feel comfortable and safe in. Try the Mercedes B class that may be perfect. What country are you from?

Stick with your small 107. Its better for the environment and they do say that a flash car is only to make up for the size of a mans p****. I myself drive a Hummer.

The C Class is not a bad car (especially if it is the brand new one -- just coming out), but there are alot of better cars for the same or less money: Acura TL, Infiniti G35, BMW 328, just to name a few.
Mercedes are classy looking but they ar every unreliable, and customer satisfaction is poor.

I reckon that although Mercedes are probably more expensive when purchasing, you are buying a car for life, they are that good. Good value in the long run but bargain hard, there are plenty of low mileage used Benz's around so your not paying new prices for them as all car devalue after you drive off the show room floor by as much as 20%....good luck!!

You should support your husband and help him to see the benefits of driving a luxury vehicle such as the Mercedes. It is an excellent choice. Are you truly letting him? If you are letting him, don't do that. Help him. For I get the impression that you are controlling him, and he may get the same impression if you are not giving positive feedback.
GOOD LUCK

Mercedes is a bit of an old mans car but infinitely better than a Peugeot.

Your husband will be much happier if he buys the car you want. This may go against his instincts, but it will be better in the long run.
