I don't think there is. But when you click send a message they have the English out beside the kanji. So if you just want to send a message that should be ok... If you want to send an actual object I can't find how to do that... Just click on the send a message and look for the English in parentheses.
The first box is you name
The second box is your e-mail address
The third box is you mailing address
The fourth box is telephone number
The bullet options are for if your a member of Dears or not... the bottom one is for not a member
The fifth box you only fill out if you're a member of Dears
The sixth box is for the actual message
The submit button is on the left at the bottom.... I'm not sure what the other button is....

she is going on about the singer gackt he is a japanese singer quite good did the music for final fantasy (well someof it) and no not to my knowledge.
