everybody knows the wc is about to come and they want to yplay in the wc At this point they must have listed their +ves & -ves themselves on their own and should have taken some steps to get recovered from all mental and physical promblems they have on facing the wc. Nowadays Drs r giving councilling for all the peoples problem so they can and should (***) have gone for some such thing. They themselves must make elegible for the work that they are about to do. Nowadays even an 8th std student is molding themselves for the coming board exams . Living in this country and giving these excuses... not fair.

Actually, everyone is not mentally tough for everytime.
I mean see Sachin's look on his face ,...
when he came to bat against Sri Lanka.
But it is not Indian fan's fault.
Sri lankans & Ausrtalins Have Psychiatrists who always help boosting mental conditions.
Go to wicket & hit hard on cricket ball would not help
much in big events like World cup.
Did you see Lankans & South africa match. It was won by tougher team ,Mentally.
many balls last 2batsmen had to survive?
Cricket is amental game which needs Intelect & resolution.
You should believe in your selves....
Until the last ditch.
One of the reasons they dont play as unit like Australia & Sri Lanka.
Chappel, Dhoni & Vengsarkar too can never save face from this ignominous exit from world cup 2007.
It was supposed to ...Sachin's world cup.
Being senior most ,he should have waited until right moment comes instead of being panicky.
Furthermore it was only 250 odd runs to get....
Even big hitting Lankans got it by running between wickets.
Why he went for big booming drive ....Nobody knows..
We have solid facts for that.
SL has upper hand...for future games..
Its all the way for Asian Team
Though they beat india They still had to give their best ever performance..
When Uthappa and Ganguly walked in, India had a target of just 255 runs, on a wicket which had dried and gone flatter.
But nobody showed the determination to stay on, except Dravid. It was his flurry of fours off Malinga in one over that had raised the hopes of selfless Indian fans just for a while.
Any fair critc would sureto say that ,the turning point was Sachin’s getting out to Fernando, through the gate for a duck. That was a vital blow. India could not recover. The panic button was pressed. Whatever little chances India had went up in flames when Yuvraj was run out foolishly. There wasn't any run there.
Even in front of Bangladeshis Indians fell like a pack of cards. India’s strength was batting and given the proper conditions, their medium pacers and the spinners could be devastating. If not, their shoulders start drooping and the bowling goes haywire with all kind of experimentations. It could happen to the batting too.Any team they play they had those short cimmings.
Exactly opposite are Sri Lanka, except that their batting is as good if not better. Even Banladeshi young batters had much more conviction.Simmply Indian star batters failed big time.
Why they were not given a chance to build a tough mental...
consentration?
Nobody knows for sure.
When they came to bat their minds were on other things ..It seems.utter nonsence
You know likes of money, drama, glory, heroic stugh etc..
don't you agree sir?
Lankans & Bangladeshis ground fielding was just outstanding. And most importantly, they played in team spirit and not as individuals. Indians were nonchalent &selfish.
They cared money & publisity too much.
And that’s the thin line that differentiated the two teams. .

I fully agree with you that Indian players lack mental toughness and that is the reason they loose many matches from the position of victory
