Stalin, but not by as much as the first guy said. Hitler offed 11 or 12 million in the concentration camps alone, 6 million Jews and another 5-6 million assorted Gypsies, Slavs, liberals, communists, homosexuals, and anyone else that happened to catch the attention of the Gestapo. Add to that the 4 million or so German military and civilian deaths from WWII and that cuts Stalin's lead down to just a few million. Peanuts in the genocide category.

Although Stalin killed more people, Hitler is responsible for the deaths of more people because he started WWII. Stalin covered up most of his deaths, claimed that the people killed were a threat to the Soviet Union, or just starved them to death.

Although he went to school to become a Priest, he dropped out and abandoned the concept of religion until WWII. He thought that Hitler was Satan and that God sent him to Earth to punish him for abandoning religion. Churches were then rebuilt...
