i was depressed and went out to eat at mcdonalds
i bought a happy meal but it didnt make me happy, can i sue mcgarbage ...i mean mcdonalds?

Not really, they didn't do anything to you, you were depressed to begin with, nobody said a happy meal was going to make you happy, and anyway, they are for little kids, and I don't think you are a little kid, just a complainer.

You didnt get what they Meant by Happy meal , it means they will be happy to take your money , then it is happy for them not you ! so no you cant sue them , unless you are a good tailor :P

Hey I guess that you probably could, I mean: remember that woman that sued them because her coffee was to HOT & burnt her!! What a bunch of BULL, and your complaint is just as lame. But hey, she won so who knows? Just goes to show how out of hand our courts & legal system are. They award millions of $$$ for bogus suits, and let child molestors, rapists and murderers go at the drop of a hat. Now I'm depressed from your question, does that mean I can sue you now?
