It amazes me that Liberals all scream that we were lied to. Do they forget that everything President Bush claimed, came directly out reports authored by the UN? The same reports Hillary and Kerry read when they supported the war. I understand that the public can easily be misinformed by the media, but why then do our representatives in congress insist Bush manufactured those facts when they have read the true source. Seems to me someone else around here is lying to the public.

Huzzah! My brother is in Iraq, and I know that he and many other Marines support our President because he is the one trying to get them the support they need. Everyone else says that they are thinking of our troops. IF they were thinking solely of our troops, they would give them what they are asking for to do their jobs. I think we need to support our troops. If they support and respect our President, then so do I.

If the so-called President is sitting in a room with a bunch of kids reading "My Pet Goat" while planes are flying into buildings and being hijacked and Secret Agents don't usher the President to a secure location (how did they know he wasn't a target that day?) then I would second guess just about everything these people do or say. It's not about being liberal or being conservative, it's about knowing that someone is a liar by going with your gut feeling. Everything that this so called President talks about has to do with war, there are far too many problems that we should be dealing with in this country to be concerned with war. Crime is out of control, more and more homeless people are walking the streets, unemployment is sky high and our children lack quality education because there's not enough money going into these programs to fix these things. It's being put into this war machine because that's the only thing that we make here in this country that anybody wants to but. Look at your clothes, who makes them (China) Who made your cell phone (China) Who made the keyboard that you type with (China) and who'll be the richest and most powerful nation in the world when it's all said and done? (China) Oh and by the way? The media is controlled by the same people that lied to us about 9/11 and Sadaam Hussien (The government) so get your story straight.

Oh contrare, Bush's claims regarding WMD were based on manurfactured "intelligence" reports and selective speculation.

Name any UN report or study that indicated that Saddam Hussein had "WMD's" or that Iraq was a military threat to America. Also name the "reports" that connect Iraq to the 9/11 attack. I guarantee the best you will come up with is Hanz Blix's report which "suspected" that Iraq was hiding WMD's because the Iraqis kept refusing him access and obstructing his movements. Suspecting something is not at all the same as proving something. Suspecting just means that is what you think, not what you know. We all know now, we have proof, that Iraq had no WMD's and we all know that Bush and his cronies lied. We KNOW!

If you KNOW better then prove it, Go on!! Name these reports that you refer to! Back up your claims and prove to me that you are not just another fool taken in by Bush's propoganda, or is that beyond you? You don't have to make a fool of yourself in public either, I will spare you that embarassment, send your "proof" to my e-mail address, do it or shut the hell up. mailto: bushsucks@justaride.eu

The Libs were hoping for a disaster,an utter defeat and it didn't happen.
So they have to change the story.
They fear a victory in Iraq or anywhere else as it would cost them votes. So they play the game of lies and half truths to make things seem far worse than they are.

Sargent? I'm challenging everyone to bring the insults to an end. Sure, your Question is valid. And the meaning is respectful. I'm asking that we all make our questions toward finding the Truth. And not just slinging arrows of discourse out at the others. I am a true Conservative. But I'm also very tired of all of this angry, hate-filled tone that we've been in. Let's get it to being respectful. Are you with me?

The democrats have an agenda. That agenda is to retake power in America. They have decided that everything else takes a back seat to that goal. They will say and do whatever it takes to win.

They keep saying Bush Lied because it serves their purpose. It has nothing whatsoever to do with reality. If they have to say "Death to American infidels" to get your vote they will say it. Truth does not matter. Victory in 2008 matters.

Power is everything to them. That is exactly why they are unsuitable to lead.

Vote Republican while you still can.

No. I think that the Liberals really do believe that they were lied to. They are stuck on the WMD's thing. You cannot get them past it, to the 5 other reasons we needed to do something in the Middle East.

I have seen them say we should just be at war in Afghanistan. I have seen them say we should be at war with Saudi Arabia.

If Iraq made more sense because we could take out Saddam the mad-man, they cannot see it. Plus, Iraq was not strangled by radical Islam. And the Iraqis wanted it.

But you cannot explain all of that to Liberals. They are stuck on Bush lied, people died. It is war, people, and people die. I suppose they think that Afghanistan or Saudi Arabia would have resulted in less loss of life and money.

And as to the war being "about oil," please explain why Iran should control Iraqi oil fields? Will Iran give fair market value for the Iraqi oil? Will Iran use the proceeds to better the lives of the people in the region? HA!

Sgt----you are exactly right-----the very night the 'shock-and-awe' phase began----a new anchor made the comment: "The President has good support going in now------but wait till this thing progresses----support always dwindles as the duration of a conflict continues."-----------look----he was right.----------dang it all----we had better support our leaders and get behind them with all we've got-----this war is serious. President Bush is a strong strong man---------a lesser man would buckle under his pressure---please pray for him-----and for America. This is DEAD serious!

The only lying I recall came from the previous administration, some of which was in court.

"The Bush Lied" appears to the rhetoric driven by the loons at Move On dot Org.

let me fill you in... and yes it goes alot further than Bush... the leaders of the Western World(the real leaders, not the figureheads like Bush and Blair) manufactured the war in Iraq for two things mostly:
Oil
and a Western Ally in the Middle East
See, those dark leaders behind the curtain know that the real conflict is around the corner, and they want a startin point for the middle east...and enough fuel to wage a world war...
