I love animals, and I am a very responsible pet owner. Ordinarily, I can deal with most behavior problems in an effective way.

We found a stray dog a couple weeks ago, and brought it home. At first, I was patient and loving with it, but now, I find myself just having to hold my temper over some of the things this dog does.

I'm taking it to the shelter before I hurt it............

I had a cat once I felt the same way about. It would mess in the floor and attack people for no reason, it broke countless things by climbing the mantles ect... The cat was damn annoying. I wanted to get rid of it but kept talking myself out of it until Thank God the stupid thing ran away. I don't miss it a bit. Don't feel bad about it some animals just don't make very good pets.

My mother has a Jack Russell. For over a year it would run around in circles, rip up the furniture and jump all over you. And it also use to nip at your feet while you walked. My mom wanted to get rid of her, until one day it saved my mom's life. My mom is a deep sleeper: while home alone one night she had left the heater on which started a fire. She fell in and out of consciousness because of the smoke. The dog wouldn't leave her side, it barked and licked her face to try and wake her up. When my mom came to, the dog bit my mom's hand causing her to wake up and move out to safety.

The dog has it's own room, eats what my parents eat and is allowed to sleep on their brand new sofa. At times I want to slap it.

Well can I say yes if I consider my husband a pet?

I know what you mean though; I've got two cats and lately they've been whining at me for attention just like everyone else seems to do....yikes!

A chocolate lab when I was younger. It brought all the neighbors stuff to our house and took all our stuff to the neighbors houses.
