Here are a few general tips.
1. Avoid all extra activities like movies, sport, visit to beauty parlor, etc. (except for personal relaxation) for one week. Plan your schedule for the week in such a way that you get maximum time for preparation. Prepare a list of priority items and eliminate others for the time being.
2. Collect all the material required for your preparation at the start and keep them in one place so that you could reach any source without waste of time searching for it.
3.Check out the topics to be covered in the exam. Those topics with which you are more familiar or comfortable with need quick study so that you grasp them better without spending too much time. This would also give you more confidence.
4. Take the other topics one by one and ration time for each topic so that you are able to cover as many as possible in the time available. Give all the topics a once-over, so that you could assess which of them are within your grasp with some effort, and which need deeper study.
5. If you have any doubts in a topic that need clarification, write them down, and check with a knowledgeable classmate or a teacher for answers. Till the doubts are clarified, select another topic for study. Get the doubts clarified as early as you can.
6. Concentrate on your studies as much as possible and request people at home to help you in this by not asking you to perform things you would normally otherwise do at home, for a short period. However, make up for this by completing these chores after your exam is over.
7. Have adequate relaxation during your study. Take frequent breaks to relax, such as music, chat with family members/friends for a short while, etc.
8. In your exam, first attempt the quesions for which you know the answers well, so that your confidence is restored and then attempt other questions.
9. In future, do not put off preparation for any exam till the last moment. Learn to be systematic, understand the importance of time management, and finish the daily study lessons in time.

Next friday!? u mean u have on weel to study!? if u have one week then u can study anything in that time...not to worry...
u don't need more than a week if u really put ur mind into it....first of all study the chapters that u really think u could do well in, the chapters u already understand....then study the other one's carefully...if u dont have much time u can go through them very quickly..but make sure u study the things that u feel u could do well in...good luck!

Do one thing u just study the important questions and answers in every unit. Dont go for entrie study. It makes u mind very hard. Dont tried to mug up the answers. If u spends 2 hrs for every unit . u can easily score good mark. And just try to write the answers in a paper what ever u will learn

If it is that important and that much you should have started earlier.

Get an understanding of the matter. This is the best way..but....it will take you all weekend.

I think you should see which topics you understood better and study them more thoroughly so that you're sure that at least you know something well enough.
