I have a lime green skirt, and was advised to buy navy accessoiries. But if it is very summery off-white would look nice too

Stick to black. The lime green is a hard color to find things to match up to and you don't want to take away from the dress. As far as accessories, I would take the dress with me to a store and try to find something like a scarf with the color of the lime green and a yellow to go with it. Other than that I would stay in the gold tones for jewelry.
Or for shoes, depending on the weather, a light color beige would go very well with the dress, but they should be fairly open, actually, come to think of it, you could get away with beige shoes, and forget about the black. We are moving into sprink and the beige would work better, more summery. I hope I have helped somewhat.

Blimey thats a difficult one! Probably white accessories, but the same colour shoes! I think black may look at bit harsh against the lime green!
Silver could be good but not too much of it! xx

There are several possibilities. Browns go well with greens. Tans, yellows and such shades do as well. Black or white go with most colors. Some greys will do. Irish like orange with green, but I am not so sure. Avoid red, for it is complementary and clashes with green. Pink is not so good. Blue and green are too near and monotonous together. Purple goes with nearly nothing except neutrals.

Brown, black, and white are good colors to go with lime green. Be sure to get a belt the same color of your shoes to go around your shirt dress.

I don't think you want matching accessories. Your look would be too much. It depends on the look you want:

Elegant, cocktail partyish -- gold accessories

Artistically casual -- a combination of bright spring colors
to go with it, coral pink, melon orange,

Simple and sleek - cream bag and shoes, an simple gold
jewellry

Black I'd say. There's not much that goes with lime green without making it look awful. So I'd go with black and play safe.

White goes with any color. Go for white sandals, white handbag and I also would recommend, (If possible) add a white organza ribbon round your waist and everything will look very summery...Go for a small white and green flower on your hair. Light Red lipgloss and red nailpolish.
Good luck!
