they were being coerced that part is obvious, lets hope that the Brits respond in such away that those islamic terroists in Iran will never forget! The Iranians must want a war, so why dont we and the UK give them exaclty what theyve been praying for, maybe later we could sell glow in the dark turbins for night lights and take all of their oil!!!!! Never rebuild Iraq or iran, let them live in the stone age

One of 2 things with one being more likely than the other. Based on the GPS location provided we know that they were not in Irani waters. First it is possible, but unlikely that they may not be sure of what their actual position was at the point of capture. The second and much more likely scenario is that their confessions are being coerced by the Iranians.

We didn't see the AK-47s behind the cameras. Disgusting behavior and outragous actions and statements seems to be the norm for Iran these days. Don't ya love the way Iran changed the GPS numbers when it proved that the brits were in Iraqi territory.

Tell a woman ,she'll never see her children again unless she cooperates and she'll do it.
Women have fears men don't and these fears can be used to play them like fish on a line.
This is one reason women should not be in combat.

OK so what Brit soldiers say under coercion is probably lies but what US gets from detainees by using "coercive interrogation techniques" is gospel truth. Yeah, right.

EDIT I expected way more low ratings for this answer, the truth can hurt but it is better to face it.
