What Im trying to say is do you think Humans will be 100% extinct before we make a colonization that will carry the human race?

No, the possibility of deep space travel is such that we will most likely never get to another inhabited planet (sorry all you Star Trek fans). However, there is also a high probability that the human race will never go extinct on Earth.
