Lim 10x+5x-2x=1 / x = what

Lim f(x+h)- f(x) / x = what if f(x) = ax2 + bx +c

In the first limit, it's written = 1 in the numerator. I guess you mean 1 or -1. In either case the limit doesn't exist, the function is unbounded around 0.

The second limit is f'(x) = 2ax + b
