Biggest difference is; men are even more reluctant to report sexual harassment.
Even though the result should be the same, women are less likely to get reprimanded or convicted. They seem to be smarter or less obvious about it so proving it actually happened is even harder.

Usually sexual harassment happens more with men doing it to women than women doing it to men. Men will make suggestive comments about them in a sexual manner about their clothes or even going as far as suggesting favors to help them move up the job ladder. But it's still equal opportunity for both sides to commit.

Same from an employment standpoint, different if you are pursuing suit for damages. There is still a double standard in our culture, women have all the power and all the perks.

Men like to be harassed by hot chicks, it's only bad if they are fat or ugly.
