I would agree with Kurt Cobain but only if he wasn't in so much pain, and Jim Morrison

i see some people went with Jim and some with Elvis, and Kurt was a good answer, but there are two singers you have all forgotten about, not only did they sing, they played instruments, and in some people's eyes are still the best damn players
I'm speaking of Jimi Hendrix and Steve Ray Vaughan
i could not pick which one of these i would bring back, both have talent that has been missed since they passed

Not Sure. I would say Freddie Mercury, Johnny Cash or Elvis. Although, you have to think - would they carry the same legacy now as they did then? Would they be different (I don't mean musically but either by what they have done since then or whatever). In that case, I don't think I'd want to bring any dead person back to life, I think (that doesn't sound very nice - it wasn't meant to sound evil)

Elvis would be cool to bring back. I would for Hendrix to be back but not for his singing. If we brought Morrison or Cobain back they would probably be dead within a year, so that would be a waste of time. Others that were not mentioned but would be cool or Buddy Holly & Frankie Valens (La Bamba). Or how about Allyiah. Or how about Johnny Cash.
