Arginase is an enzyme containing manganese. It catalyzes (speeds up) the reaction of arginine with water, which is part of the urea cycle, a biological process that eliminates excess nitrogen from the body.

Trichloroacetic acid is used in biochemistry to precipitate very large molecules. The molecule is very similar to acetic acid (vinegar), except that the three hydrogen atoms of the methyl group are replaced with chlorine atoms.

Arginase is the one I know:
Arginase is In the urea cycle (releasing urea which a nitrogen toxin..as waste.

So you produce agranine (an Amino acid) in the cycle and then agrinase the enzyme breaks down Arginine back to Ornithine and realeses UREA! The whole point of the cycle. This reaction ends the cycle.
