I'm working in a foreign bank, in a departement which prepare credit agreement for small medium enterprises credit facility. My department also kept security collateral.
We are assigned to have an idea of a project, due to limited space (to kept all of the documents) & limited resources, but have to work as efficient as we could

If the original documents need to be preserved, better to hire some locker space and keep them safely there. Copies can be digitised and stored digitally freeing space.
