It depends on the question and who answers it. If that person liked the question, found it of great intrest to them or thought provoking for them and others they will give it a star.
However saying that some people will give you a star now because it lets you know know who stared you and they may think you will give them the ten points if they give you a star!! HINT HINT lol

Nothing its pointless as really moronic questions seem to get lots of stars I think many questions are to complicated for some to understand
