Will playing games on laptop burn it due to it being too hot (graphics and memory usage)? Worried as the vent is blowing hot air all the time rather than intermittently. Pls enlighten. Thx people. God bless.

Shouldn't be a problem.
However, you might want to invest in a USB fan that sits underneath your laptop computer, it really helps a lot in additional cooling. I use my laptop 15 hours a day and wouldn't be without the fan. They cost between $25 and $50 and mine has lasted nearly a year thus far with heavy use.

Laptops have heat pipes that dispate most of the heat and fans that cool the cpu and hard drive. Heat should not be a problem unless the laptop is older, before they started integrating fans into the cases. Btw, memory doesn't generate a lot of heat its mostly the hard drive and cpu that do.

Pichi hit it right on the money...also, if you dont intend on getting a cooling deck for the laptop, try to set it on a hard surface, not on a sofa or any kind of cloth.....The ventilation comes in from underneath the pc, if you set it on something soft, you will block the vent and possibly fry the cpu......
