Staring at The Sun

The sun may be shining outside my window
I stared, but I could not find
the answers to life in its powerful rays
and I am now legally blind.

Where is my sun?

The sun may be shining outside my window,
But inside the room is dark grey.
In the sun people happily play their lives,
And I'm left with another gloomy day.

The sun may be shining outside my window
The birds may be singing with glee
Yet my heart won't feel the warmth of the glow
Till my dear lady is back home with me

Im not sad,cos the suns rays embrace me
I'm not blue ,cos the birdsong lifts me high
I just miss the warmth of my baby
And can't wait for her love by my side

I would call this " The Longing "

The sun may be shining outside my window,
and birds may be singing out in the park.
But all I can see is the sadness in me,
and I hear mournful cries in the dark.

The sun may be shining outside my window,
It may be a beautiful dawn,
But that doesn't mean that I want to be bothered
To go out and mow the front lawn.

The sun may be shining outside my window
But my soul is as dark as midnight
I see robins all perched in a row
But the raven is perched on my right.

Autumn Rain:
The sun may be shining outside my window
The moon may have set with the birth of the day
The earth's graceful dance may be guiding my footsteps
The morning's fine feeling my tears shant delay

The sun may be shining outside my window
But I am stuck inside.
Many things I wanna do
Many people I wanna see
Many illnesses wrack my body
But my mind is clear
Clear to write this poem
Clear to earn ten points

Weather Report

The sun may be shining outside my window
but it's raining in my heart.
My inner meteorologist
predicts a gloomy day.

Summer lost.

The sun may be shining outside my window,
But its winter inside my heart,
This emotional pain, finds me crying in the rain,
since you told me that we have to part.
