it's rather difficult to keep your cool in a heated moment... but try very hard not to blow your top. keep calm and collected. focus on the issues and not on the emotions. be firm about the issues.

also, be respectful to other parties. be genuinely interested to resolve the conflict. listen.

it's difficult but you can do it.

On Odd days of the week, in an uprise, I maintain silent mode.
One in conflict with me runs out of things to say.

On Even days, I will badger the other harder than they did me,
until they use the silent mode.

If I don't know what day it is, I DON'T CARE WHAT I DO!!!!

I try to put things into perspective and then prioritize in order of importance. It helps me sort things out and not feel so crazy. Also, whenever possible, delegate some of these things to another person to handle if you can, if not just take them one at a time and get them done in order of importance. Doing this really helps.
