Pain in my left arm...?

I am 12 years old, am a girl, my left arm is trobbing. It hurts from my left elbow to my left wrist. It go away to, but then it comes back. . Any suggestions?Any body know what might be wrong.

My fingers also either tingle or hurt.

It also help the pain when I lift my arm up a bit.

Could be a muscle strain/pull but I would let your mom know what is going on as well as your dr.

sounds like a trapped nerve
have you tried putting it up in a sling for comfort.
I'd go to doctors to get it get checked out
