there is nothing wrong with flirting!!and hey,an older woman has no strings attached,plus doesn't act silly!![who knows you may learn sth?*wink*]
i mean you see older guys with younger women!?so there should be no difference with women!!!

nah, nothing wrong with flirting. I flirt with men old enough to be my dad sometimes. It boosts their confidence.
