This is a question about universal Good and Evil. Not about technicality that Bush cannot be punished because he was not charged and therefore no verdict and not a criminal. For those loyal to Bush, it is not about him, it is about what he did. Please remember also that Iraq just like Bush has not been convicted of any crime but Bush attacked and you guys loyal to him said it is OK. Please elaborate on your double standard. Yes the US was attacked on 9/11 but why attacked Iraq for it? The next time the US will be attacked, who will be the next fall guy?

God will not punish George Bush for his acts while President.

We did not attack Iraq for 9/11 OR attacking us. They were instructed by the United Nations to allow inspectors into the country to ensure they had not violated UN directives on what weapons they produced & maintained.

We have done a great number of positive things for the Iraqi people since we first took out Saddam. This includes rebuilding schools, roads , industry , etc. It receives little coverage on the news here as that isn't what we , as American viewers want to see on TV news.

The civil war that has erupted involves people from all over the Middle east, not only Iraqi citizens. We are presently trying to help the Iraqi people maintain order in their country & prevent it being overrun by insurgents.

The US was attacked over a half dozen times since the early 80s & we didn't retaliate on anyone.

I'm not American, nor am I Iraqi therefore I can not judge in a matter that concerns mostly Americans and Iraqi people...
However in my opinion ( and I believe not just in my opinion ),
Attacking a country without being attacked by the same is
illegal according to international law...As for the God, He is
a trouble, because I believe reasons behind 9/11 attack are
mainly religious ( many a Muslim perceive USA as a country of Devil ). Western perception of God is only wage, many
people don't give it second thought, while Islam is a way of
life, not only some wage religion that is inconsistent within
itself and hasn't got a major roll in peoples' every day life !

Bush's actions conform to the highest moral standards, and if there were such a thing as heaven and hell, Bush would get paradise. The Iraq invasion was NOT directly related to the Taliban or al Qaeda, but was to deal with a different threat: Iraq's weapons of mass destruction, which it was known to have (it used them), and was required to account for (it didn't). This has been so much all over the news that I cannot conceive of why anyone would not be aware of it.

I believe in a higher power, not necessarily the God of the old testament... an old man with a long beard on a throne. I see it more as an energy. I believe in an afterlife and I think you go to be with others like you.. the other souls on your same wave length, so to speak. It's not a matter of being judged. You simply go where you belong. Bush may be in some bad company.

I also believe that at death we experience all the emotions we caused for other people. Just my beliefs. Can't prove 'em.

Some very good answers here! I bet you didn't expect so many standing up for our president did you? Well add me to that list. there is really nothing I can add about the attributes of Mr. Bush he has had to make hard decisions pretty much from day one and has never complained nor even relatliated to the lies and bashing of him personally by the far left who now run a once decient Democrat party.

Lemme see...........Iraqis are free from 35 years of dictatorship. They have power in almost 100% of the country. Their infrastructure has almost been completely rebuilt. No one is being tortured in prisons by Saddam Hussein anymore. People have more liberties than they ever had. They now have numerous television and radio stations that broadcast news, sports, and entertainment, rather than the endless loop of Saddam "The Hero" propaganda. The Iraqi people have an elected government now. Etc...etc...

How is that a bad thing? Did Bush succeed in ALL things? No. Of course not. He's human like anyone else. But all in all, the Iraqis are better off now than they were before.

And if God judges Bush for his mistakes, then so be it. God has that right, and it will be righeous judgement. But in total, I don't think George is going to get tossed on the chopping block too badly.

Are you a Muslim terrorist sympathizer? You sound like one.
