I see it as a question of intelligence?
Some people are indecisive because they can not make up their mind and others are indecisive because they do not feel the necessity to come up with an answer.
A smart person may seem indecisive but that does not make them weak, merely counterproductive.
In the end though, the smart person will still be right.
