money is never everything, but no matter what people may say, it is one of the more important things. all the stories might go on about love getting you through everything, but believe me when i say you do have to have some money. otherwise you can for example watch that love everybody seems to think will solve everything die of starvation.
what you do not need for happiness is money in excess. a certain amount of money will let you live, and beyond that it's just good for the material gains. of course it's not true that money can't buy you happiness if your definition of happiness is something expensive.

money is not everything and money is not happiness, BUT... money can get you and everyone you know every kind of happiness in the world except true love, but it can help you find that too since as a rich person you could afford to spend all of your time looking for your true love

Money is necessary in our capitalist world but once our basics are covered happiness has nothing to do with it but with an internal feeling of welfare for the simple and free things of life ( love, nature, God s devotion...)

Opposite: You can't eat it or be kept warm in an emergency; You must worry about maintaining it and protecting all the THINGS; fret over keeping up with "your class"; wonder about which friends are true; and you can't take it with you when you die; preoccupation with it can lead to worsening family life and divorce.
If it brought happiness then ask yourself, "why so much divorcing, delinquency, illnesses from stress, and even suicide?

nope, not at all.
you see as money cannot buy peace of mind, it cannot buy happiness as peace and happiness are interrelated.
we should have money that satisfies our basic needs.
so be happy with what you have and do not crave for more.

You're question is grammatically and semiotically incorrect.
Money is definitely something, but it's not everything.
