In one sense, at least, Yes. Palestinians in Israel are often treated as second-class citizens who come from the West Bank and the Gaza to work in menial jobs. When they get too rowdy (like strapping high explosives to their bodies & detonating themselves on the bus to work), the borders are closed, putting tens of thousands out of work for as long as the emergency lasts.
On the other hand, many Israeli citizens of Arab descent vote in elections and hold office in Israel.
There are a lot of really tough questions about the whole issue of whether Israel would even be a viable state without US support - the right of return, for example, or the status of Jerusalem. Personally I am in favor of the continuation of the state of Israel and am against many of the tactics the Palestinian inhabitants have adopted. I do, however, understand their feeling. What if part of my country had been given to someone else? The issue was debated in the United Nations in 1948, and a majority of the world's countries at that time voted in favor of creating 2 states: Israel & Palestine. Unfortunately the Palestinians (and Moslems in general) disagreed about the outcome of the vote and have resorted to unremitting warfare since then. You reap what you sow.

Do the Palestinians do the Following like what the Mexicans do in the USA:
-Smuggle Drugs
-Leave Mexico because they hate it, Illegally cross to the USA, then diss the USA
-Speak no English whatsoever
-Celebrate Mexican holidays, but never celebrate USA holidays
-Burn American flags
-Most are criminals
-Are rude
-The ones who do speak English, pretend they don't speak English
If you answered yes to 1 or more, then yes.

well, except that Palestinians are not considered "aliens" since they are on disputed soil. But the weapons used to track them, are made by the same people.
cheers.
