because you dont have enough points to ask more questions.....start answering other people's questions and you will get 2 points with each answer and 10 points if your answer is selected as the best answer...when you will reach to 250 points, you will be in the level 2 where you can ask 20 questions per day...By the way why did you put this question in Bisexual section?

Because you are only on level one.
Start answering other peoples questions and you'll move up to a higher level and with that you will be able to ask more questions.
