No, I don't think so. In the event of a war, all three would build a military alliance, such as the OAS (Organization of American States), but to make it one, solid unit would not be feasible. All three have political differences that would prevent creation of a cohesive military force.

No. Mexico needs to build up their own economy the same way the U.S. did. First by getting rid of the corrupt politicians, Mexico it is known is controlled by the drug lords, it is known as a "NarcoRepublic" That country is controlled by a small monied elite. Mexico needs to start trying to promote the small entrepeneur in their own country to build their own business, end corruption by getting organized crime out of coercing small Mexican Business men to give them a piece of the pie. The falacy of free trade is that their is nothing free about it, it is actually government managed trade, large corporations and the leaders of international finance are the ones that benefit from these forced trade agreements. The Mexican people are a descent hard working people, but I think they need to press for change in their own country before they even think of joining any kind of Union. The Union must be by the Mexican people, and not by people within the United States Government, or large international corporations that are attempting to lower wages in the United States, and of course government using the Mexicans to fix a few more problems like the defecits in Social Security.
If you think you have problems now, those of you that are working people, and mommy and daddy didn't provide you with a job right out of college, or their friends didn't hire you on as a director of Human Resources out of High school, then you should know what bringing in 30 million Mexicans into a major industrialised economy will do to the wages of the people that are trying to feed their families, pay on their mortgage, and their car. The U.S economy will have parity with Mexico meening the standard of living will drop almost overnight. On T.V we only see Mexico demanding that we the American people give them something without even offering anything in return, we see Mexican Nationals demanding that we give them free housing, free education, free health care, low cost business loans, things that most Americans don't have, that's not how most successful people in this country became successful by stealing money from the tax payer, most successful people asked for nothing from their government and put in a lot of blood sweat and tears.

absolutely not.

the Constitution needs to be obeyed to prohibit the United States government from entering any treaty, or other agreement, which makes any commitment of American military forces or tax money, compromises the sovereignty of the United States, or accomplishes a purpose properly the subject of domestic law. In this connection we specifically denounce the agreement establishing the proposed Free Trade Area of the Americas (FTAA) and any other such trade agreements, either bi-lateral or regional in nature. All treaties must be subordinate to the Constitution, since the Constitution is the only instrument which empowers and limits the federal government.
