If the body does not produce enough hormone to trigger the prenancy test it will test negative. Since you have missed your period I would suggest going to a doctor and having a blood test done to check and make sure. If you are you need to start prenatals asap and have proper medical care. If not you will need to look into the irregular cycle just to be on the safe side.

You probably aren't. The tests are pretty accurate with that type of thing-I had one the DAY I was supposed to get my period and it was positive....also, your abdomen probably wouldn't feel different just yet....but then again, everyone is different...and it is possible to be pregnant but have really low horomone levels.

Go to your doctor and get checked out, just in case.

Or buy 10 pregnancy tests like I did (even though mine was positive) just to be sure! lol

for some reason, husbands know. your hcg levels may be low. i took 4 tests. 1 in the morning that was very faint. then 1 at night that was bright. the rest were just confirmations. So your levels change throughout the day. Wait another day if you can. I know how anxious it can make you.

You can never trust those home pregnancy tests they are never accuarate. I had a pregnancy scare once so I bought 2 home pregnancies tests, in one it was positive and the other test it was negative, you can never be sure unless you have a blood test at a clinic.

Hmm if it was a home pregnancy test then those things aren't very reliable so maybe go to the doctor and get a professional one done.

Yes it happens.
Give it another week and take another test.
