I want to build a website like habbo hotel. I do not want it to be my career or anything, but I still want to make it. I know a little bit about HTML. I am only 11 and I really can't go to a game company. I was wondering if there were any books that could help me. I live in Kansas, and I need a name of a book, and a store that would have it. Or if there is any website to help that would be great too. I understand HTML but I just don't understand how to actually get the website started. Please help. Thank you. Ps. I want to learn to make 3-D chat and I don't know how to do that.

What you can do to to learn about HTML I recommend you get a Website builder. These website builders automatically generate all the HTML code, you just work on the program as if it were Microsoft Works, then you export it to your hosting space on the internet. There are some free website builders... just google it.
Now... to do a 3-d chat you need to learn programming wich I think the hobbo hotel may be in java language.
If you want to get a book, go to your local library... look in the computer section... there should be books about programming.
You can also learn Macromedia Flash... this is a nice software to do interactive websites... it has a computer language ActionScript simmilar to java.

Macromedia Dreamweaver is one of website builders also, download the trial version and check it out.

Check with your Mom and Dad who you internet service provider is.
They may already give you a free web page.
Go to their home page where there should be a lot of help pages on how to create a web page.
Start with the basics first and then progress to the complex like 3D drawing.
You may need to learn a programming language like Java if you want to do a dynamic chart.
If not dynamic then all you need is to do is create the chart in Excel and then copy it into a picture editor to trim and save as the correct type.
