your cell phone as a flashlight?

Yes, it has come in handy over the last few weeks.

--Our overhead light doesn't work in the car... definitely helps on nighttime rides when we drop something on the floorboard.

--I work in a restaurant that keeps their lights pretty dim. If a customer can't see the menu, I let them borrow my phone.

--The other day, I dropped an SD card behind my computer desk. The light doesn't get down there, so I pulled out my trusty cell phone.

--It entertains two year old kids, as well as cats.

I have! The power went out and I used it to find my candles. My friend used to have one that had a flashlight built right in to it. =]

yes.. the most recent time was when i came to my work on a saturday night while i was out drinking with my friend and i needed to put it on the charger.. my work had a blackout and i needed the phone light to see my keys.
