Maybe not. Half the time- our atmosphere is not even bearable to US, it's so polluted. Besides, I think aliens KNOW that earthlings couldn't handle a visit from them yet. When they see that we've FINALLY figured out how to handle the aliens that are crossing our border from Mexico- THEN maybe they'll decide is "safe" to visit us from Space... :)

Maybe they don't have hands... maybe they only exist in your head... maybe they'll probably rather eat us than shake hands with us... maybe if atmosphere is not bearable to them they won't even bother to come in... maybe you should think first on the possible answers before asking.
