Policies may vary from one school district to another, but there is generally no prohibition against married high school students attending classes.

Some schools may encourage these students to go to alternative campuses, especially if the young women happen to be pregnant, but most generally the students are allowed to attend mainstream campuses.

My mom was married and pregnant in high school and that was in 1969! A girl I went to high school with was married and that was in 1995. So yes, they can attend average high schools.

You can attend high school if you are married we had plenty of girls in my class when I was in school that were married or pregnant or both.........The school can not make you quit (in ms) until you are 21 yrs old... and then they help you get ur GED....

It probably varies school to school, but I have a friend who's married and still goes to his regular high school.

well in the past (before the 70's), no...I don't think it was common. today, I would say yes. you have a right to general population education until age 18 or high school graduation.
