Is there a chance that car thieves can legally keep the cars they steal?

Hmmm interesting thought that amnesty idea.. let me know when its happening and I will sneak across the border
There is no such thing as illegal people my friend there are people who are in the country illegally threes a difference . and the way things are now its going to turn into an election campaign issue .. so chances are it wont happen for a while
But let me ask some of you who are against it ... who will do the work these people are forced to when they are gone .. not you because your afraid to get your hands dirty...

It is possible that a general amnesty will again be declared. The last one was during the Reagan administration, and politically it would be a very popular thing to do for a democrat... less so for a republican.
I would say there is a 75% chance minimum that another amnesty would be declared if a democrat wins the presidental race in 2008.

If you are seeing things happening and you are not sure if they are actually happening, maybe you should check yourself in. You may be having a disconnect between reality and fantasy.
There is a chance that anything could happen. In the future, with some people in charge, this could happen. Mr. Jimmy Carter gave away all foreign holdings. The Panama Canal, and a few other territories under U.S. Control.
Mrs. Clinton may give away all internal holdings.
