hello,please help us.?

I have b1,b2 business visa,last time i got 3 months visa but i stayed there for 8 months.?
and then i returned india,i m in india since 2 month.now i want go back for 3 month.so can i go or will i face any problem?please help us.

You may very well face some problems, I would check with your local U.S. embassy before you leave... the U.S. frowns heavily on people who overstay their visa's, and they may not take a chance on you again.
