I have a 5000 qc pro.
Installed the software, followed the directions (many times) and I still cant get it to work.
I amnow told I need the following inf files on my computer, and I do not have them (Xp Pro)
usb.inf
wdmaudio.inf
wdma_usb.inf

I need to know where they go.

Insert your Windows CD & restart the PC.
When the option comes choose "repair".

You deleted a file for your usb hub....stay out of the windows folder....lol

This link is what you need to get the usb.inf and wdma_usb.inf installed again....
