Depends on your definition of terrorism. There are so many different definitions, that under some it would be. Personally, I don't think it is enough to just say it. I view terrorism as a person or group or government taking an action or threatening an action that affects a group and causes them to fear for their safety and well being. This act can be in hopes of changing a government/peoples view.

It's a bully threat and NOT terrorism.
I think a lot of people have had a pre-frontal lobotomy regarding "terrorism" and are using thier lack of insight to lash out a those they neither like nor understand.
It's sort of become a way to legitmize hate.

Yes...implies bodily injury being threatened and should be enough to get a restraining order.
