Tomato, just the leaves and stems, not the fruit. Rhubarb, just the leaves not the stalk. Potatoes, just the leaves/stems, not the potatoes. Morning Glory - all parts. There are many more. In some plants, like the tomato, the fruit is not deadly but the leaves are, in others, the entire plant, flowers and fruit are deadly.

Deadly night shade is one of the Solanaceae family. This family includes tomatoes, potatoes and capsicum. It has been used for centuries as a make up aid. It makes the eyes pupils dilate or get larger which apparently makes them more attractive. It is a deadly poison and Cleopatra was said to have used it.
