Great idea for a gift!

The 'Telegraaf' is one of the leading Dutch newspapers.

Either send them an email on
abonnement@telegraaf.nl

or phone their international supscription ('abonnement' in Dutch) service on 0031-20-480.2424 between 7.00 am and 7.00 pm on weekdays (on Sat. from 7.00 am to 12.00 am, Sun. between 9.00 am and 1.00 pm). local time (UTC+1).

Alternatively, you could send them a fax on 0031-20-585.4438 or 0031-20-585.3174.

Postal address:
De Telegraaf B.V.
P.O. Box 376
1000 EB Amsterdam
The Netherlands

The above comes from their (Dutch-only unfortunately) website, but I'm sure their service desk will be able to answer your question in English.

My mum gets a Holland newspaper in NZ weekly from a news agency - so am guessing any news agency will order in whatever newspaper you want but they are a bit pricey. Subscription will be the way to go, best to ring or email them direct, pay by c/card and put down your dads address for delivery.
