read the link - it's regarding the # and types of classes you need to take in high school

You must have completed each of the courses in the comprehensive pattern of college preparatory subject requirements with a grade of C or higher prior to high school graduation.
You must graduate from high school.
You must have a qualifiable index based on your high school GPA in approved college preparatory courses taken in the 10th through 12th grades and test scores. The minimum score required is also based on your California Residency.

You should be able to figure it out from the links.

I'm a college student.
Honestly, I think it would be a waste if you decide to go to Long Beach.
Depending on your major, its a better idea to aim for the colleges with a bigger name such as UCLA, other UC's, and USC, etc.
After you go into college, you will learn that High School grades mean absolutely nothing. If you have a 3.3 GPA right now, it is VERY possible you can get a 3.9 GPA if you apply yourself - because you will learn how important it is to get a good eduction and work your butt off.
It is so much better to go to a community college, and transfer to a university because:
1. Its easier. a GPA of 3.8 - 3.9 will guarantee you a transfer into UCLA. Around 3.6GPA will guarantee USC. And you only need around a 2.8-3.2 GPA will guarantee a transfer to Cal State. All of these are subject to you completing the transfer requirements.
So as you can see, Cal State is a long ways down the list.... would a well - known university accept only a 3.2 GPA?
Remember the reason why you want to go to college is to get a good education AND easier to find a good job - going to a more well known university will do that.
2. You keep you options open for 2 more years - you have 2 more years to decide what school you defiinitely want to go to, 2 more years to grow up which would give you a better chance of doing well after you transfer to a 4 year.

It looks to me like you have a very good chance of getting in. I don't know if the 1360 is out of 1600 or 2400, but if the former, you could probably do far better than CSULB, if you wanted to. Congratulations for doing well on a very challenging curriculum.

i think you should be able to get in.. its a CSU.. your extra currics are great, grades are not very good, i would say your best chance now is to knock out the SATs.
