Osama, among other crimes, beginning, apparently, in 1998 was in The US in 2001 and spirited away quickly after 9/11. Isn't this just a little bit suspicious?

It also seems that Osama is not implicated by the FBI yet in 9/11. Remember that Osama stated that he had nothing to do with 9/11 at first and then changed his mind unexpectedly.

He isn't a "domestic suspect"? The 911 attacks were domestic, for one. For two, he's on the goddamn FBI's most wanted list already lol. He's already wanted by the FBI.....so why are you acting like the FBI wouldn't be interested in him because he's a foreigner? The question isn't why the FBI doesn't want him, because they did The question is why he wasn't wanted for 911.

You are right! He is not indicted for this attack. May be FBI thinks Osama would visit US if he is not put on that list. Would that not be the easiest way to capture him!
Alas! FBI forgot that his name appears in the most wanted list prepared in 1998 itself! This fact is clear from the web link you gave.
The real reason could be, not linking up this man in 9/11 attacks might make things easy to prosecute other terrorists.

Read on my friend. The website says, "In addition, Bin Laden is a suspect in other terrorist attacks throughout the world." This could include 9/11, the USS Cole bombing, Khobar towers, and a host of other attacks.

The alleged terrorists on this list have been indicted by sitting Federal Grand Juries in various jurisdictions in the United States for the crimes reflected on their wanted posters. Evidence was gathered and presented to the Grand Juries, which led to their being charged. The indictments currently listed on the posters allow them to be arrested and brought to justice. Future indictments may be handed down as various investigations proceed in connection to other terrorist incidents, for example, the terrorist attacks on September 11, 2001.

Top of the link you just gave me skippy

F.B.I. is a domestic, or within the borders of the U.S. Bin Laden is not in the U.S. The 10 Most is domestic. Two different wanted lists

He's right there, go take a look.

Dante: I can't stop laughing. The Bush Administration can't even fire 8 US Attorneys the right way. They screwed up Katrina and we are supposed to believe they executed 9/11 flawlessly without 1 single hitch and no whistleblowers.

If Bush was that smart, he'd find a way not have the lowest approval numbers in 60 years.

FBI director Robert Mueller has said on the record that they have no hard evidence that he was behind the attacks.

The FBI is a domestic law enforcement agency, I'm surprised you need a Canadian to tell you this but Bin Laden is not in the states ( unless you know something I don't know).
