depression is really engulfing me.

I usually read this quote in times like these- 'Life is not getting it made..it is having it made. If we are ever unlucky enough to get it made..we'll be mere spectators in life'

Another one is - 'Success is not how high you fly, it is how high u bounce once you have touched the bottom'

....you wanna discuss what exactly your problem is...feel free. we all are there to help u :-)
and have a good day hahaha or atleast TRY to have a good day. I know its easier said then done when u feeling low...but try. :-)

Sorry if I sound like a pollyanna, but: go out. Find someone who needs actual, physical help (bum on the street will do) and do something kind for them. Something they can't pay back, and may not even know *you* did it. You will feel much better. Heck, if it's the middle of the night, go get a box of donuts and take it to the police station. (make sure the store or donut shop seals it so they dont' think you're trying to poison them!) They'll love you, and you'll feel better. I'm an old hand at this: my husband sufferes clinial depression on a regular, recurring basis.

We are only depressed b/c we are comfortable being that way sometimes.It is much easier to give up hope then to work hard to be happy. Just put enough energy into what you really want and go get it.
OR I could have just told you to smile but I find that really obnoxious when I don't feel like smiling.

You take a striding walk in the sun, letting both the light banish your dour nature and the striding getting those endorphans flowing.

You will realize that you are you own worst enemy and you will not take that from yourself, as you deserve better!

Artificial sunlight helps you fight off winter blues and can help with the symptoms of depression.You can buy special lamps for it or you can try a tanning bed for small amounts of time.

yea i am not depress i am scared to be alone
sometimes when i woke up and find my luver is not beside me i feel uncomfortable
