It would appear by the election that the election was rigged.
Michael Moore was so convinced it would happen he put cameras as random voting locations.
Plus I voted for Ralph Nader he has been a consumer advocate since I was in high school. I probably wouldn't be homeless with out insurance now if he would have been elected.

Why did the Americans elect the same President twice. Well that is a very easy question to answer coming from a republican. We looked at the two candidates and we picked the smartest one. Gore please that would have been a bigger disaster!!!

The Kerry-Edwards ticket was too weak to defeat Bush and the incumbent does have the advantage.

We didn't. He was the incumbent, though, so he doesn't need to follow the law. He excercises his right to do whatever he wants, even if it means burning the Constitution and pissing on it to put it out.

Look around.
Ever wonder who elect the blind, deaf and dumb to rule and lead in guiding the survival and advancement of living human kind in own backyards in planet of apes.
Ever wonder how they all live in misery with total loss of our creator's universal gifts of life vital for their own survival and advancement of themselves in planet of apes.
With the dirty old man getting himself re-elected twice.
There still must be something good in him that he has'nt learn how to express it in planet of apes.
Looks like he's learning in mastering Merlin's magic wand and trying to put it into practice with everyone at the dinner having a good laugh and went home in a jovial mood that day in planet of apes.
Be wise not to stay near him when he is in practice.
Might turn us into a frog and croak in planet of apes.

an explanation for this is 1 of 2 things...
1)rigged election...like his 1st
OR
2)if you look into the history of the US no president that was up for re-election wasn't re-elected for the fear of looking weak/non-unified meaning the war pretty much guaranteed him re-election
so by looking at these to reasons the only feasible is yes it was rigged by bush going to war w/ iraq

Because they didn't learn their "lesson"- the first time. Nobody ever said that Americans were smarter than anybody else in the world. We're just better able to afford making the same mistake- twice. :)

Pretty much as a rule people are scared of change, which is why most presidents who run for a second term get it.

The people didn't elect this president twice. They elected him once and he and his corporate allies manipulated the elections to get him in the second time.
