Dice-K is a triple A caliber pitcher who will get shelled in the majors. Boston wasted $102 million dollars on this guy.

Hideo Nomo pitched for the Red Sox one year. While he was less than spectacular over the course of a season, he did pitch a no hitter against either Toronto or Tampa Bay. Will Matsuzaka be the best so far? Given the limited competition, probably yes.

Yes, an if not he will at least go down in history as having the best pitch (out of a japaneese pitcher)

This isn't Japan. The hitters in MLB are far better and superior than those in Japan.

He will be lucky just to break .500 this year let alone any thoughts of being the best pitcher ever.

properly, shall we initiate off via asking, have there ever been the different star jap adult males? No. So there's a raffle. yet he hasn't even thrown a pitch in the majors. So purely enable him a minimum of bypass 7 innings earlier you're making an form of judgement, and then, enable him bypass a season. and then, perhaps you could anticipate his futur, whether it quite is a few distance too early.

hideo nomo when he first came in wasnt too bad, after 03 or so he started to really decline. dice-k is unproven so far, but i think he can surpass what nomo has done. and thus take over as the best japanese pitcher in mlb history.
