If they wrestle long enough and they have the talent to pull it off, every wrestler eventually plays both sides of the card.
Even the Iron Sheik and Nikolai Volkoff have been faces.

just about. everyone needs to try a turn at being good. that way the creative team knows where they want to take each character.
look at kennedy, i think they are making a push for him to be face now. i don't know about khali. and nitro is good at being a heel. it draws in the money
but give it time. next couple of years or so,we should see them have a go at being face, if wwe doesn't fire them first

most wrestlers get stints as heels and faces. only a few are good at both--Hogan, Rock and Austin to name a few. Most of the time, if WWE finds a wrestler is a great heel, they will spend most of their time doing that role, like Edge has been and Mr. Kennedy probably will be. Vince McMahon could never, ever be a face. I doubt Lashley would ever work as a heel. Chris Jericho was a great heel and it seems Undertaker doesn't work well as a heel. Most wrestlers settle in to a role and are ok with it.

Generally speaking a wrestler (if he stays around long enough) will be both a heel and face. I don't know if this is the case for EVERY wrestler that has ever competed in the WWE but to keep the character somewhat fresh a change is necessary from time to time.

Usually a wrestler will turn face atleast once in their career. The wrestlers you mentioned haven't turned face yet because they really haven't been around very long. Give'em another year or 2 and all 3 will probably have turned face atleast once by then.

The Great Acromegally will never be a face and if they try to push him he will fail because he doesn't have enough charisma.

If heels become popular enough, but are still "bad guys" they are then considered "tweeners"
Give them long enough, and most everybody has a character switch
