Shaving regularly? 15.
I did some interment shaving when I was 13 and 14, but I had to shave daily when I was 15.
Since then I learned that you shouldn't shave everyday [if you can get away with it at work, that's great] so I shave every other day or every two days.

I'm a girl... But I started my legs at 11, and underarms at 13. ( I'm now 13 ) For guys, I'm guessing they start at 14-19, somewhat depending on their family history, when most of the kids start getting facial hair lol.
