I am happy with my small/medium ones. I had large ones when I breast-fed my babies but I hated having those heavy things hanging off my chest. It was a relief to go back to normal.

I have rather big ones and not just because of the back pain but cause i think they look bettter i would rather have smaller like a b cup

I would much MUCH rather have small boobs. No bigger than a B cup. I'm only fourteen and I have F's(I need new bras so maybe even G's!)! I HATE them! The cause me pain, make it difficult to exercise, theres a lot of boob sweat, it's hard to find bras, it took forever for my friends to consider me "one of the guys" thanks to these, they're ugly, and I can't really find any clothes that fit and don't show off(I hate to wear a men's large just to get them to fit in the shirts, an extra large to make it so you can't really tell if I'm pudgy or if they're really that big. All the women's shirts are too girly and uncomfortable and show a bunch of cleaveage. Yuck!).

not sure what that might have to with breast cancer...but, since you ask...I'm dying to get bigger boobs. Would love to have them because I am flat as flat could be (after breastfeeding 2 babies) And I would LOVE to, for once, fit into shirts and dresses and swimsuits and not worry about all that left over material!! Plus...I want my husband to have something to sink his teeth into! thats my reason.

Small because too big makes you look like a shall I say easy girl. Smaller also fits better in clothing, makes it easier for exercise, and does not cause back pain.
