In the third grade, I had this Estonian teacher who only liked the Caucasian and Chinese students. She hated the brown kids and would treat us differently.

I had a black one in 6th grade that hated and I mean hated whites... I missed two words while reciting the emancipation proclaimation and he stated I had to stay after school til I learned it.. my mother was picking me up and she told him that i could do so the next day.. she would be late for work if she hate to wait on me...
He informed her "I said" she is staying today..
That was his first mistake... She tried to enter the classroom and he blocked the door with his body... that was his last mistake..
Quicker than a blink of an eye... Mama bear was in the house and was leading baby bear out the door... Mr. Lewis was on the floor. I was soo embarrarssed...
But, did not ever have to recite the imancipation proclamation to him ever again...

Yes, mos deff I was in the 1st grade, she was out to get certain kids, especially me she hated me she abused me and ****** me up for the rest of my life & school years, And the worst thing back then , we took it to the authorities and nobody believed me only the teachers aid who was present all that time and didnt want to speak up becuase she was afraid of loosing her job, I guess its more impportant to loose a childs innocence then to loose ur job, I woul K*** her if i ever see her again, but guess what a couple of years ago I heard she was admitted basickly in a nut house she went crazy.... if u ask me she was already insane when I had her as a teacher..obviously

It's painful to be subjected to the distaste of others. I never had, or heard of from any of my schools, a racist teacher. Instead I suffered verbal abuse for having an odd last name, and for being less than perfect.

Ouch, sorry to hear that. I've never been "graced" with a racist teacher. I've had the opposite. I've had a teacher that would tell us tales of the 60s...

Yes I did. My sister had a worse one though. She would call her a "n***er" and the native children "wagon burners" in front of the other students.
